Today, Governor Janet Mills signed into law the Fiscal Year 20-21 biennial budget. The budget, which was passed last Friday with bipartisan support, expands health care, improves Maine’s education system, provides property tax relief, and invests money in the state’s Rainy Day Fund - all without raising taxes.
