    Westbrook, Maine - In response to Superior Court Justice Michaela Murphy’s decision that Governor LePage and his administration must implement Medicaid expansion, Maine Democratic Party Chairman Phil Bartlett issued the following statement:

    “This decision is both a victory for the more than 70,000 Mainers who stand to benefit from Medicaid expansion and a sharp rebuke of Governor LePage and his senseless obstruction of the law.
