Augusta, Maine –In case you missed it, dozens of Mainers again protested Collins yesterday for “not talking to her constituents.” The latest protest comes as Mainers’ backlash against Collins continues to garner national attention.

WGME: Sen. Collins met with protests during visit to Bath Area Food Bank
Senator Susan Collins visited the Bath Area Food Bank Thursday morning and was greeted by protesters.
When she got there, there were already protesters lining the streets with what they claimed was a spontaneous rally.
Within an hour, 50 people were lined up across the street to express their concerns.
Thursday’s Bath protest comes after “as many as 200 people” booed and criticized Collins on Tuesday for how she’s cost Maine – from her vote to confirm Supreme Court nominees who overturned Roe, to her advancing the GOP’s budget bill that guts Medicaid funding and food assistance programs, to not meeting constituents in a meaningful way.
