The Presidential Primary is on Tuesday, March 3

For many years, Maine used a caucus system to distribute our pledged national delegates to the Democratic National Convention among Democratic presidential primary candidates. Recently, the Maine Legislature decided to change Maine to a presidential primary state. March 3, 2020 will be the first time in two decades that we have a presidential primary.

But if we’re going to win in 2020, voting by itself won’t be enough. We need to organize.

That’s why on March 8, 2020, just a few days after the presidential primary, we’ll Rise and Organize together with our friends, family, and neighbors at caucuses across Maine to show what a Blue Wave really looks like.
