Attorney General Steve Rowe Kicks Off Meeting, Challenges Residents to Organize Around Historic Convention
(BANGOR, MAINE)- With the Democratic National Convention quickly approaching, Attorney General Steve Rowe will kick off a "Convention Countdown Meeting" hosted by Barack Obama's Campaign for Change at the Bangor office at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 16, 2008. The meeting will provide residents with an opportunity to learn about opportunities to organize friends and neighbors around the historic convention. The meeting will be followed by a voter registration drive.
